Dan’s background includes serving as CEO and President of three award-winning hospitals in Illinois and Iowa, driving financial turnarounds, post-acquisition integrations, and regional growth.
Dan has over a decade of experience in leadership coaching and facilitating peer groups for growth-minded business owners, CEOs, and their teams. Through his leadership of the Leaders’ Advisory Board (The L.A.B.) and the Emerging Leader Institute, Dan empowers leaders to improve decision-making and achieve better business outcomes.
Dan holds professional certifications from the Exit Planning Institute, Business Enterprise Institute, and is a Life Fellow of the American College of Hospital Executives. His commitment extends to various director and volunteer roles within healthcare, business, and community organizations.
Dan resides with his wife Angela and their three sons by Lake Sara in Effingham, IL, celebrating a life enriched by family and community engagement.
