Her expertise in guiding high-ranking leaders and doctoral candidates reflects her profound impact on organizational growth. She specializes in enhancing leadership capabilities, positioning expertise, and fostering self-awareness to achieve significant outcomes. Her commitment to diversity and empowering leaders underscores her approach to creating inclusive and trust-inspiring workplace cultures. She has been instrumental in advancing 32 individuals to executive positions, with a special focus on supporting female leaders and amplifying the voices of women of color.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Yuri contributes to community and educational development as an advisory board member for Santa Clara University’s Black Corporate Board Readiness program and the Richmond Adult Technical Center. Her passion extends into the arts as a SAG-AFTRA unionized background actor, appearing in productions like “The Good Lord Bird,” “Dopesick,” and “Harriett.” Balancing a rich personal life as the wife of Lorenzo and mother to Jordan and Justin.
